Annual Town Hall Meeting Notice - November 15, 2023 at 9:45 AM

This meeting is being scheduled to comply with a change to statute during the 2023 legislative session. It is now a requirement that the District hold an annual meeting to update residents on the District’s year-to-date budget, outstanding bond obligations and status of any current capital infrastructure projects. No District business can be conducted during this meeting, so a quorum is not required and it is not imperative that Directors attend. We will provide a brief presentation to update any attendees and address any questions. If no one attends, the meeting will conclude, and the scheduled Budget Hearing will begin on time. If there are attendees, and questions extend beyond the start of the Budget Hearing, the Budget Hearing may begin a few minutes late.
